We deliver by using third party delivery drivers under 60 min if you order within 1 mile radius from our central location in at Unit 2-4, Commonwealth Buildings, London SE185NS

Please ensure your delivery address is correctly entered at checkout to avoid delays to your order. 

Our cut-off time is 2:30PM every weekday. ( Monday to Thursday)

 

Our handling time is 1 - 2 days from Monday to Thursday. Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us during this time frame to ensure changes can be finalized. 

Transit time 1 - 5 working days. 1 day for England and Wales, 1-2 days for Scotland & Northern Ireland and up to 5 days for remote islands & off-shore. 

 

On the delivery day you should expect an email or text message informing you about the delivery time frame. If you are not available to receive the delivery, our courier could leave it in a safe place.
